Made In 92 - Pitch Competition

A month ago, I was selected to participate in the MADE IN 92 pitch competition, which highlights entrepreneurs from the Hauts-de-Seine region. A nice recognition when you know that only 60 applications out of 680 were selected.

In my life as an entrepreneur, I have often pushed my limits, but the prospect of public speaking in a giant auditorium is, for me, a challenge as high as the Himalayas. I have always declined such opportunities because I'm too emotional, but this time, I went for it.

What happened?

Anxiety during preparation. Uncontrolled emotion during my presentation. I liked that I dared, but I'm still not good at managing my stress.

What did I learn from it?

That you can't change who you are. I'm already juggling so many things; do I also have to be good at performing?
